Seafood

It's All About the Seafood!

We pride ourselves on having the most amazing, fresh seafood options out there!  It wouldn't be possible without our main sponsor Claws Seafood Market, who occupies the West Pavilion.
We also have several seafood trucks and a variety of other, non-fish, food options available at the festival.
You name it, they've got it - from raw bars to lobster rolls!

Frank Palermo, owner of Claws Seafood Market, has been in the seafood industry for over 30 years. In 2013, Claws Seafood Market was established and introduced to the West Sayville area. This full service seafood market offers all-natural Chem Free seafood selections from around the world, along with a very old-school roadside clam bar and crab shack. If you’re planning to grill up some local favorites like sword, mako, and salmon - or just stop by for one of our famous lobster rolls and a drink - this is one of Long Island’s little nautical gems!

Blue Point knows it takes a hometown brew to live up to New York standards. Our story all started with Toasted Lager, a two-time World Beer Cup medal-winning American Amber Lager. Today, Toasted Lager leads our innovative lineup proudly brewed with unique ingredients like local oysters, North Atlantic seaweed, and beach plums. Though our brewers never stop innovating, one thing has stayed true since 1998: Blue Point is pretty damn proud to brew beer in a boatyard for the people and place that inspire us every day.
For the Martin Family, they take pride in every grape picked fresh from the vine to every ounce poured and find excitement in the journey each glass of Copa di Vino is about to embark on.

The Martin Family has been in the small and quaint town of The Dalles, Oregon for over seven generations. The Family was part of town’s origins as it went from a busy and prosperous town, to a place that struggled to keep alive and could not stand by and watch their hometown, their neighbors, and the place they cherished most fall apart, they knew they had to take action fast.

James Martin saw the opportunity to occupy a vacant flour mill in the town, and was inspired to transform the old Sunshine Mill into his winery. The entire Martin Family and the community went to work developing something that would be sustainable to the community for years to come. Copa di Vino and the Martin Family sparked life back into the small town of The Dalles.

As the vineyard grew, so did the Martin Family. Every member of the family learning each aspect of creating a premium wine then served in the perfect single serve glass. For the Martin Family, the Sunshine Mill Winery is not a place of work or just a beautiful vineyard, it is home.
